The Lord of the Rings: Adventure Book Game - Party Game & Board Game for Ages 10 and Up
Description
In this exciting adventure book game, players experience the epic “Lord of the Rings” trilogy across 8 chapters: Sauron’s shadow has fallen over Middle-earth. Players journey to the beautiful Rivendell, navigate the Mines of Moria, and march to Isengard, eventually reaching Mordor. Only if everyone works together effectively will the players succeed in casting the One Ring into the fiery heart of Mount Doom and destroying it once and for all. In this accessible strategy game based on *The Lord of the Rings* trilogy, players experience a board game in an extraordinary way! Instead of a game board, players are presented with a beautifully illustrated book that they’ll play through chapter by chapter. As companions, all players work together to destroy the One Ring. No one controls their own character; instead, everyone collaborates to overcome the many challenges by moving any game pieces (and sometimes tokens) and discarding story cards from their hand. Each chapter is a game within the game that you can either win or lose. If a chapter is won, you move on to the next one. If a chapter is lost, you must try again.
